- 17. This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought synopsis only. The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for the acquisition of a Reconfigurable Free-Play Virtual Procedure Trainer for the HH60/HH65 Helicopters. This includes the HH60 Ancillary Systems and Emergency Procedures and the HH65 Ancillary Systems, Emergency Procedures, Full Autoflight and Navigation capabilities. All technical questions need to be in writing. No telephone requests. A combined solicitation/synopsis to be issued by April 8, 2003, with a closing date of 29 April 03.
