Description

The Defense Distribution Center, DLA/DDC-West, DDJC-E, French Camp, CA intends to award a sole source contract to Million Air Topeka at Topeka, Kansas for the lease of a building/hangar at Forbes Field, Topeka, Kansas under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and other than full and open competition since Million Air Topeka is the sole owner of the building/hangar at Forbes Field. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon written responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses can be faxed to R. Witmer at 717-770-5689.
