Description: The purpose of this modification is to change the date of the Pre-Proposal Conference and facility walk-through. The original notice indicated Thursday, September 12 2002 as the date that the conference and walk-through would be held. However, the date has been changed to Wednesday, September 25, 2002. The starting time (10:00 a.m.) remains unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-AUG-2002).
