- Pre-Invitation Notice for IDQ Security Systems Installation, State of Missouri Except Kansas City Metro Area (GS06P03GYD0015). Invitation for Bids on or about 05/15/2003. Estimated Cost Range: $25,000 - $100,000. Time for completion: 365 Calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. Project involves: indefinite quantities contract for security system installation. This is a one-year contract with two one-year options. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. There is a 10% price evaluation factor for HubZone Small Business and 10% Price Evaluation Adjustment for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns.
