Description: NA Contractor shall provide two (2) PILARMAN unattended, ground based acoustic detection systems to the Army Research Laboratory. The Government intends to award a contract to Metravib, R.D.S., LIMONEST France on a sole source basis. Metravib is the sole ma nufacturer and supplier of the PILARMAN Acoustic Detection Systems. All responsible sources may submit a bid or proposal, which will be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests will be honored. See Numbered Note(s): 22.
