- Description
- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and any other resources necessary to perform janitorial services. This service is to maintain all designated buildings, machine shop, service garage, craft center and warehouse. This procurement is a small business set-aside and is restricted to a 30 mile radius of the geographic location of the Montrose Facility. Work shall be conducted at Montrose Facility, 1800 S. Rio Grande Avenue, Montrose, Colorado. There will only be one award from this solicitation. No phone calls will be accepted for the site visit. A designated time and date will be indicated in the solicitation package. The total duration for this contract will be one year; however, four (4) one-year options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Therefore, all Offerors must submit their quotes on an "all or none basis". The solicitation will be posted electronically at this web site. The specification and drawings will be issued hard copy. Requests for specifications and drawings must be submitted in writing by faxing 970 461-7377 or by email (gutierre@wapa.gov). Information hours are from 7:00am (MT) to 3:00pm (MT), Monday through Friday.
