- Description
- The USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service 9NRCS) is seeking sources capable of providing Soil Conservation Technician services located at various locations throughout Arkansas. Government personnel are currently providing these services. NRCS is planning a Direct Conservation with Cost Comparison study. Offerors are advised that a contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. This sources sought is NOT a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The North American Industry Classification system (*NAICS) Code is 541990.
