- Description
- The intent of this contract is to remove spot sections of unsuitable material and replace with approved borrow material, add crushed aggregate to the existing chip seal surface, then to pulverize this layer in with the existing chip seal surface and base aggregates. The entire length of the project shall be shaped, compacted and paved with superpave and shouldered. Ditches will be reestablished where needed. One road intersection shall also be superpaved. The project can be reached by going east out of Eagle River, Wisconsin, approximately 15 miles along State Hwy 70 to the intersection of FR 2176 (north side of State Hwy 70). Estimated price range: $100,000 - $250,000. Funds are not currently available for this project.
