- Old Highway 2 Trailhead Access, RFQ 14-03-030, Issue 4/7/03, Close 4/25/03. The kootenai National Forest, Three Rivers Ranger District is soliciting quotes for the reconstruction of a trailhead access road for the Old Highway 2 Trail. This project includes clearing and grubbing, unsuitable excavation, reconditioning of roadbed, and placement of pit run aggregate. Estimated start work date is May 3, 2003 with completion date of July 1, 2003. This project is under the Competitive Demonstration Program.
