- SP0451-03-R-2983 is being issued for numerous National Stock Numbers under FSC 6150 & 5995 for Cable Assemblies & Wiring Harnesses. Various 5995s and 6150s. Cable Asemblies and Wiring Harnesses; Cable Assemblies & Wiring Harnesses are propriety to various manufacturers ie/ Sikorsky Aircraft; Atlas Aero corp. TECHNICAL DATA DRAWINGS OR SPECIFICATIONS RELATING TO THE PROCUREMENT DESCRIBED ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND CANNOT BE FURNISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT. Unrestricted Acquisition for a Long Term Contract. Origin Inspection. Delivery is FOB Tracy Ca (AQ5) and New Cumberland PA (SNG). Of the NSNs awarded to Atlas Aero, the existing contract SP0451-03-D-4039 will be modified to include NSNs.
