Description
Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-00-670-5584, LTC02350006530, Cone, Engine Hanger. This is a Small Business Set Aside. Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is April 01, 2003 and the solicitation closing date is May 01, 2003. FOB: Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. First Article Testing Government required. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 61 each for the base year and 61 each for all option years. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does have an approved Export Control Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors? authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR VIA Internet. The Internet address is http: // www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all in lower case please). If certification is required, request a DD form 2345. Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, From Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084. WWW.DLIS.DLA.MIL I/A/W Drawing NR 13873 006705584-03070. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
