- NSN 1560-00-994-3906/YPG03051000264; SUPPORT STRUCTURAL; P/N 5-86563-40 REV ?T?. This requirement a firm fixed buy for a quantity of 2 each with 100% option. A Boeing "Rights Guard" protected technical data package exists for this NSN. A completed DSCR Form P42, certification for the use of Rights Guard Technical Data, must be submitted to DSCR-VADB (rights guard program), Richmond, VA 23297-5615. Form can also be downloaded via the Internet at www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This is a critical item application. "Export Control" technical data package clause L8A applies; "Configuration Control" clause I-237G applies. Final contract decision will be based on price, past performance, and other factors as so stated in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA procurement Gateway homepage, select ?Search RFPs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to down load.
