- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is seeking proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand of a variety of Retaining Rings. Solicitation SP0560-03-R-0085 is being issued to support this initiative for various 5325 Retaining Rings. The initial solicitation will require pricing for 174 core items, with a list of up to 1418 additional NSNs to be evaluated and added as requirements arise. The listing of core and potential adds (universe) is attached. Award will be by lot. Prospective contractors should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. Subject solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside with the resultant contract being an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for two (2) base years with three (3) one-year options. Offers will be evaluated on past performance and price to determine the best overall value. Solicitation SP0560-03-R-0085 is expected to be issued on 4/28/03. Solicitation may not become available until the solicitation issue date.
