- Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award sole source Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-03-R-4055 to Sechan Electronics Incorporated ? Naval Systems of 525 Furnace Hills Pike, Litiz, PA 17543 for a three (3) year ordering period of repair and field engineering services support of AN/SPA-25G Radar Indicator. The Contractor shall furnish services and materials necessary for the installation, checkout, testing or repair of field change kits, Performance Expansion Modules or other equipment associated with the AN/SPA-25G. Sechan Electronics Incorporated is the original designer and developer and hence, the only known source for production of AN/SPA-25G Radar Indicator. Therefore, no other firm possesses the technical expertise necessary to perform the work that will be required by the Government. The contract will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This synopsi s is for informational purposes only, for the benefit of potential subcontractors. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the source identified herein.
