- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a cost-plus-fixed-fee/firm-fixed priced Basic Ordering Agreement, N00024-03-R-6216, to Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Systems, P. O. Box 1488, Annapolis, Maryland 21404. The Government has a requirement to procure a total of 600,000 man-hours of necessary follow-on services in support of the Advanced SEAL Delivery System (ASDS) program. Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Systems (NGC) will provide the necessary Engineering and Design Services, Pre-Availability Overhaul/Repair Inspection Services, Engineering Services for Overhauls, Alterations, Modifications and Repairs and Integrated Logistics support services. In addition, NGC will provide spare parts and material for repairs, upgrades, and engineering changes. This Basic Ordering Agreement will have an ordering period of five (5) years and an associated estimate d contract ceiling of $40,375,000, approximately 75 orders will be executed. NGC possesses an intimate knowledge of the ASDS design, hardware, and support equipment and is the only source with the technical experience, and resources necessary to meet the Government's needs in a timely manner.
