- Description
- Remove water damaged plaster and ensure plaster subsurface is dry. Repair plaster lath if necessary. Building plaster up in stepped layers. Large cracks are to be repaired with a bridging material, and blended into surrounding area. Prime coat new plaster. Final coat all areas to match existing colors. Recoat. Repairs are in the north half of the federal building, floors 1 thru 5. All work to be during normal working hours. This work is to be done at the Milwaukee Federal Courthouse. For Bid Package and information on this project call Michael Ratzmann at (414)297-3270. Anyone working on this project will be required to pass a security check before starting work. Before bidding, contactors are required to visit the site. After the contract is awarded there will be an on site preconstruction meeting.
