- 2003 Regional Small Business Industry Training We invite you to participate in the Small Business Industry Day Training. This workshop will provide the Small Business Community (SBC) an opportunity to learn about government contracting. The training will give vendors insight about General Services Administration?s Multiple Award Schedules and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. The training is free. The Small Business Industry Training will be held at the Alliance Towers (IRS Building) 8701 Gessner, Room 900, in Houston, TX, 77074, on April 21, 22, & 23, 2003.
