- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Washington, on behalf of the Office of General Counsel has a requirement for hotel and conference facilities to include sleeping rooms, meeting space, banquet hall, breakfast/luncheon space, and administrative space for the period 12 through 16 May 2003 (4 nights/5 days). Single and Double Rooms to accommodate up to 85 individuals. Conference facilities / breakout rooms, include chairs and tables to accommodate attendees. All facilities should be contained within one edifice, be within a twenty-five miles of the Washington Navy Yard, Washington DC and have access to public transportation networks. The standard industrial code is 7011 (NAICS code 721110). THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING CONDUCTED USING THE TEST PROCEDURES AT FAR 13.5. UNDER THESE PROCEDURES THE GOVERNMENT IS (1) NOT REQUIRED TO DETERMINE A COMPETITIVE RANGE; (2) IS NOT REQUIRED TO HOLD DISCUSSIONS; AND (3) IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE OFFERORS WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO SUBMIT FINAL REVISED PROPOSALS.
