- The Coastal Systems Station (CSS), Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center is planning to purchase subject Air Cascade system from Breathing Air Systems, Reynoldsburg, Ohio. This is a sole source Procurement as only the Bauer Unit meets our specifications and required safety features. Breathing Air Systems is the exclusive sales and service distributor for this equipment.
