Description: NA Description: Cleaning and janitorial services for the Tom Jenkins Dam, Glouster, Ohio. Approximate time will be the remainder calendar year 2003 with four additional one-year option periods. The not-to-exceed amount of this contract is $110,000.00. The work consists essentially of cleaning and janitorial services in public use areas at Tom Jenkins Dam. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Past Performance/Experience (B) Management Plan (C) Equipment and (D ) Price. Contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Governmen t all factors considered. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday, April 14, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at Tom Jenkins Dam, 23560 Jenkins Dam Road, Glouster, Ohio.
