- NA The Joint Munitions Command intends to issue a sole source contract to Simpson Technologies, 751 Shoreline Drive, Aurora, Illinois 60504-6194, for a quantity of two Simpson Pyrotechnic Mix Mullers, Model 5. These units have been approved by the Government based on extensive testing and meet the requirements of existing equipment. Written responses only. Must include prices and descriptions containing sufficient technical documentation. No award will be made on the basis of offers or proposals received in response to this notice. If no responses are received which indicate a comparable source is available by the 7th day after publication of this notice in the Fed Biz Ops, a contract will be awarded to Simpson Technologies. Inquiries and comments should b e sent to crawforde@osc.army.mil The Government anticipates an award date of March 28, 2003. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
