This item is restricted to Boeing Co The DBA Boeing Helicopter, Route 291 and Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, 81205, Cage Cod e: 77272 and Power-Dyne LLC, 2055 South Main Street, Middletown, CT, Cage Code: 023T5. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Require delivery is 23 each 300 Days After Contract Award. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) speci fied on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification t esting of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. ?This Acquisition contains Technical Data whose Export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration ACT ( Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States Without Prior Approval of the Government.?
