NOUN: Buddy Start Assy, NSN: 1730-01-424-1576, PRON: AX3F0138, Part Number: 0043-0034-3, Quantity: Min/Max 40/120 each, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, applicable to the (BE) UH-60, F.O.B. origin with deliveries to Texarkana, Texas. Required delivery is 40 each, 270 Days After Contract Award. This item is restricted to Kaiser Aerospace & Electri (Vendor Code 86831). The data to acquire this part competitively is n ot physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
