- NA The 188th Fighter Wing and supported Geographically Separated Units (GSU) has a requirement for the services of a Family Readiness & Support Services Assistant. Principal duties include providing administrative assistance to the Family Support Services of fice, developing and implementing a family readiness and support program, provide consultation and assistance in identifying and addressing family issues and demographic trends which impact mission readiness and retention. A one-hour response time is requi red in the event of an emergency or contingency. Travel to attend conferences, workshops, and meetings on quality of life and family readiness and support issues may be required. The solicitation will be issued o/a 18 March 2003 with proposals due o/a 22 April 2003. The performance period will have a base year and four (4) option years, should the Government elect to accept the options. Offerors will be required to provide a written proposal and may be required to provide an oral presentation prior to fin al selection for contract award. The written proposal and oral presentation if required will be rated on the following factors: (A) Understanding and Conformance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS); (B) Management Plan; (C) Past Performance, and (D) Price. All evaluation factors including price will be weighted equally. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database prior to award of any Department of Defense contract.
