- NA Provide mortuary services in accordance with AR 638-2 at Fort Polk, Louisiana. Army Regulations are available for download at http://www.army.mil/usapa/epubs/index.html#Miscellaneous. The Government is contemplating a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contra ct. The proposed contract will have a twelve-month base period, with two (2) twelve-month option periods. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Standard Industry Code (SIC) for this project is 7261. The NAICS codes are 81 221 (Funeral Homes) or 81222 (Crematories). Business Size Standard is $6.0 million. This solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about May 6, 2003 and will be available for download from http://www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/DOC/index.
