Description

NA A requirements contract with a base year and four (4) option periods is contemplated Contractor shall provide all resources and management necessary to perform maintenance for four (4) Trane centrifugal chillers model CVHF1280. Maintenance/Inspection to include, but not limited to: Furnishing oil filters and gaskets, pressure test, repair minor leaks, perform detailed inspection of purge system and thorough cleaning of purge compressor, purge oil separator, purge drum and condensing coil, change as requi red. Check condition of contacts for wear, pitting, etc; check and calibrate safety controls, meg compressor motor and oil pump motor, check and calibrate overloads, tighten motor terminals and control terminals, clean oil strainer, replace filter and gas ket as required, tighten oil heater leads, check operation of van positioner, perform oil analysis and change oil as required, visually inspect condenser tubes, perform eddy current tube analysis of evaporator and condenser, perform vibration analysis of c hiller motors, report an deficiencies. Perform season startup inspections. All work must be performed by a certified factory trained and authorized representative and in accordance with the manufacturers published diagrams, recommendation and equipment r equirements. The period of performance will be a base period and four (4) option periods of one year each. This solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 8113100 for this acquisition the average annual recei pts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $6 million.
