- Description
- Provide Readjustment Counseling Services for the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, Salt Lake City, Utah for the counties of Washington, Garfield, Kane, and Iron including the communities of St. George, Panquitch, Kanab, and Cedar City, Utah. Contractor will furnish readjustment counseling services by licensed social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other qualified counselors individually or in groups to eligible veterans referred by the VA Staff for social, psychological or behaviorial difficulties specifically related to the post-war readjustment to civilian life. Contract to begin on date of award through March 31, 2004 with two, one-year options to renew. Issue date on or about March 18, 2003, RFP opening on or about April 18, 2003.
