- This prior solicitation number was 247-0308-03. The new solicitation number is 247-0330-03. The Department of Veterans Affairs Center, Columbia, SC VISN 7 requires the services of valet parking Monday through Friday. The contract period is from April 15, 2003 through April 14, 2004 and four (4) option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 812930 with a size standard of $6.0 million. The solicitation will be issued on March 18, 2003.
