- The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area is contemplating awarding Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for installation of various water, sewer and plumbing services throughout the Hopi Indian Reservation. The Government intends to award multiple contracts. The purpose of the competitive solicitation is to select firms to perform multiple requirements for construction of various water, sewer and plumbing services throughout the Hopi Indian Reservations. Projects range in price of 5,000.00 up to and including projects that may reach $1,000,000.00. Bid guarantees are not required. Performance and Payment bonding will be identified by each project as applicable. A minimum guarantee of award is $5,000.00 and the maximum award during the contract performance at $1,000,000.00. The government has no maximum number of contracts to be awarded. The government will keep the number of awards to a reasonable amount considering such factors as maintaining enough contractors to ensure adequate competition. Fixed price Task orders will be issued against this contract (as long as a fair and reasonable price can be reached). The Hopi Indian Reservation resides within Navajo and Coconino County in Northeast Arizona. This is a total small business set aside. NAICS code for this particular procurement is 234910, 27.5 mil.
