- North Umpqua Recreation Site Road Improvements on the Diamond Lake Ranger District 50-70 miles east of Roseburg, OR; Work sites include Boulder Flat Campground, Toketee Junction, Toketee Falls Trailhead, and Whitehorse Falls Campground; Work includes survey staking, clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment, culvert installation, drainage work, aggregate base construction , riprap work, asphalt paving, traffic marking and related campground appurtenances and road reconstruction work; This project includes separately priced option items for related work; The project completion date is October 31, 2003; This is a Request For Proposals; in addition to price proposals Offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire; Detailed Technical Proposals are not required; Technical proposal elements include equipment capability, work sequencing, and past performance history; Award evaluation criteria include technical approach, equipment capability, and past performance history in addition to price; Award may be made without discussions; The project magnitude is in the range between $100,000 and $250,000; NAICS 234110; see Note 27; offers considered only from HUBZone certified concerns; Hard copies of the solicitation are not available, solicitation documents will be posted on FEDBIZOPS when readly.
