Description

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for Standard Forms 254 and 255 from March 21st to March 28, 2003 at close of business, 4:40 PM local time. Additional clarification is provided as follows: Only the term Go-Green is deleted from the original announcement, all other requirements for sustainable design remains unchanged. Under 52-219-14, Limitation on Subcontracting, the designer must perform 50% of the work by the firms own employees. The balance of the work may be performed by any other domestic firm regardless of business size. Offerors are requested to provide business size information related to average annual gross receipts pertaining to proposed subcontractors and per cent of work to be performed by the individual subcontractors.
