Description

DESCRIPTION: BASIC WORK: Basic Work: Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Dredge 1,000 cy of silty sand (USCS Classification SM) from 140? x 140? Boat Basin. Dredge to elevation 13.5? below top of wood boardwalk. Dredging may be performed by hydraulic pipeline to nearby Island or by bucket and trucked to upland landfill or beach disposal site furnished by the contractor. The contractor is responsible for acquisition of State, Federal and Corps of Engineer Permits. Contractor is responsible for all soil testing and must have before and after Sounding Survey performed by an independent surveyor (licenced in New Jersey) to verify dredge depth. Unit Work Item: Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to dredge an additional 1,00 cubic yards if necessary to reach dredging elevation 16? below top of wood boardwalk. The location of this project is USCG Station Barnegat Light New Jersey. The NAICS 237990, the size standard is $ 28.5 million. The due date for quotes has not been scheduled. The estimated range of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS.
