- Description
- This notice synopsizes the second and third option years, CLIN0004 and CLIN0005 of contract 115-C-00-01-00005, that USAID Central Asia Regional Mission will exercise. The contract with CARANA Corporation was awarded on January 5, 2001 and these options will extend the period of performance for two years through January 4, 2006. The total estimated cost of the options, including fee, is $4,547,625.85. The total estimated cost of the contract, after exercise of the options, will be $13,181,108.73. This notice does not request proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. This notice is posted as required by FAR 5.201.
