- It is the Government?s intent to issue a Performance-Based, Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) delivery order for support of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Defense Cash Accountability System (DCAS) Security Certification and Accreditation. This award will be restricted to small businesses that hold a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule for General Purpose Commercial Information Technology, Equipment, Software and Services (Schedule 70). The subsequent award will be a Base year plus one twelve-month Option year.
