- NA Furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation for the installation of new and the repair of old fence at the Pine Bluff Arsenal. Contractor will be responsible for providing fuel, power and water, except where available utilities wil l be provided at no charge. Contractor must perform all work in strict accordance with Pine Bluff Arsenal specification AMSSB-OPB-PWE-2002-02 dated 12 Nov 02 and drawings listed therein. This is a requirements type with a base and four option years. Loca tion of work is the Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Delivery and detailed tasks will be specified in each delivery order. The magnitude of this project is between one and five million dollars based on the best estimated quantity for the base and four option years combined. This acquisition is being conducted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code for this action is 238990.
