- The contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, supervision, material, supplies, equipment, tools and all other items necessary to provide: Van, panel, with high roof, equipped with the following: CHASSIS: Heavy-duty stabilizers, and Heavy-duty shock absorber ENGINE: Min. 4-cylinder Turbo-diesel with direct fuel injection, air- or water cooled, in accordance with "Euro-III-Exhaust-Norm", Cylinder capacity: min. 2100 ccm, Transmission: min. 5-gear transmission, Engine power: min. 75 kW Torque: min. 250 Nm with 1300 rpm BRAKES: 2-circuit brake system with ABS (Anti Blocking System), STEERING: Servo steering, FUEL CAPACITY: min. capacity: 70 liter SEATING: One driver seat plus min. one (1) co driver seat or seat bench, all seats shall be equipped with head rest and safety seat belts GLASS: Standard security glassing, DOORS: Driver- and co-driver door as regular door, double-swing door in rear, with windows, with a sliding door on side without window, COOLING/HEATING: Standard cooling/heating system for the drivers cabin, UPHOLSTERY: Standard cloth seat upholstery, single or multiple structured, basic color: blue EXTERIOR EQUIPMENT: Towing loop in front and rear, rear view mirror left and right, with halogen fog-lights, COLOR: Standard white or blue TECHNICAL DATA AND DIMENSIONS: Overall vehicle length: min. 5500 mm, Wheelbase: min. 3500 mm, Overall vehicle width: min. 1700 mm, Overall vehicle height: min. 2400 mm, Interior height: min. 1700 mm, Interior width: min. 1200 mm, Interior length: min. 3200 mm Loading capacity: min. 10 cubic meter Minimum load capacity: 1400 kg ACCESSORIES: Fire Extinguisher 1 Each (NSP*) Car-Jack 1 Each (NSP*) Wheel nut wrench 1 Each (NSP*) Spare wheel 1 Each (NSP*) User and operator manual, 1 Each (NSP*) in English/German Language Spare parts list, 1 Each (NSP*) in English/German Language "THE US-GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROVIDE IN-HOUSE SERVICE WITHOUT VOIDING THE MANUFACTURERS STANDARD WARRANTY" (NSP*) = Not separately priced, price to be included in CLIN # 0001
