SYNOPSIS: Sustaining Engineering for resolution of deficiencies taskings for the AIM-9 Missile Power Supply in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation FD2060-03-Q-40181 will be issued approximately 10 April 2003 with a approximate response date of 10 May 2003. SOLE SOURCE TO: High Technology Solutions (HTS), San Diego, CA (Cage Code: 0WJV2). Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
