- Description: Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-2931, FPG03070000663, NSN 8120-00-515-2575, Cylinder, Compressed Gas, Empty Aircraft, Oxygen, Low Pressure nonshatterable, max operating pressure is 475.0 pounds per square inch. This is in accordance with Spec Mil-DTL-5886 Rev G. Critical Application Item. QAP 002. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for 573 EA with option to increase the quantity, 100%. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Item 0001 ? 573 EA will be FOB Destination for stock location at (SRG) Richmond, VA, with Inspection and Acceptance, Origin, QAP 002. This is not a Commercial Item. The solicitation will be issue on 07 April 2003 with a closing date of 25 April 2003.
