- This is a modification changing the Issue Date to March 26, 2003 and the Closing Date to April 25, 2003. PR #: LTC02345006343, NSN 6680-00-526-7373, Compensator, Liquid Quantity Gage, RFP #: SP0440-03-R-1498. Contracting Officer: Jan H. Matthews/804-279-5893. Issue Date: March 17, 2003, Closing Date: April 16, 2003. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 52 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 72 each. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 266 days ARO. Subject item has several approved sources Tecstar Electro, CAGE 90013, P/N FG120L3, Parker-Hannifin Corp., CAGE 26055, P/N 020-135-003, and Boeing Military Airplane Co., CAGE 82918, P/N 10-2426-11. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
