- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1650-00-786-6997, YPG02298000193, Cylinder Block Unit, in accordance with Eaton Aerospace Cage: 62983, P/N 233406. This requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base year and a 100% quantity option. No technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. This requirement is Unrestricted and replaces SP040003T6578. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The base year quantity is 73 each with a 100% quantity option. An award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is a Critical Application Item. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The solicitation issue date is December 31, 2002. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available on the Gateway.
