Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement does not constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued 21 March 2003. The solicitation number is USZA95-03-Q-0007. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-12. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336411 and Small Business Size Standard is 1000. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, material, parts, etc., required to accomplish the repair and/or overhaul of the Main Rotor (M/R) Transmissions identified as follows: P/N: 369D25100-505/507; P/N: 369F5100-501 and P/N: 369A5100-505/615 and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Exhibit A A001 Quality Assessment Report/Teardown & Inspection Report for each Transmission, contractor format authorized, for base year plus four (4) option years. Deliver to: W80N5C, Command 160th SOAR(ABN), Attn: Tory Eide, 7244 Nightstalker Way, Ft. Campbell, KY 42223-6012. Period of Performance (PoP): The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of options, if any, shall not exceed 31 Dec 07. Data shall be submitted as set forth in the DD Form(s) 1423, CDRL, Exhibit A. Offers are due NLT 3:00pm 1 Apr 03 at Technology Applications Contracting Office, Bldg. 401 Lee Blvd., Ft.
