Description
REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 142,000 - 144,552 BOMA Rentable Square Feet of office and related space to compete an existing lease for replacement. Lease award is subject to final prospectus approval. LOCATION: All properties offered to the Government in conjunction with this requirement must be located within the following delineated area: bounded on the North by Route 66; bounded on the East by the Potomac River; bounded on the West by a line drawn from I-95/I-495 Intersection North to the intersection of Routes 66 and 29 in East Falls Church; bounded on the South by I-495. LEASE TERM: Up to ten (10) years. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MARCH 24, 2003 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name & address; 2) Contact information and E-mail address of Lessor?s Representative; 3) BOMA rentable & usable SF available; 4) Common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable; 5) setbacks from the building (minimum 50 foot setbacks); and 6) a detail of how the Offeror can assure occupancy no later than November 30, 2003. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 30, 2003.
