Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The services will be provided Monday through Sunday, including holidays (except Christmas). Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 am to 3:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday (including extended holiday weekends) 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. All cleaning operations will be performed at frequencies as to maintain an acceptable appearance. Custodial work includes supplying all labor, equipment and materials in quantities to fulfill the contractual requirements. Custodial services apply to all designated spaces in the buildings. Cleaning shall include areas under furniture, furnishings, floor mats and runners. It is important that each bidder visits the site and fully acquints themselves with the problems and conditions that will be encountered. Absence from visiting the site will not be considered as an excuse for misunderstanding the requirements of the contract. A site visit will be scheduled. The date and time will be published in the solicitation. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. Solicitation wil be advertised on or before March 26, 2003 The contract will be awarded for a one year base plus four (4) one-year options; NAICS code 561720. The solicitation is a total Small Business Set-aside project.
