- The purpose of this modification is to clarify the evaluation criteria for the above solicitation. The Government will award to the lowest bidder of the Whites 400V. Vendor shall make Buffalo brand available upon request by the Firefighter. All other terms and conditions remain the same. If interested, call for the SF 30 to reflect acceptance of this amendment and notate any price adjustment. This will be considered Best and Final Offer.
