PRON: AX3F0208AX, NSN: 1660-01-216-1936, PN: 70902-01-99-045, Quantity: 180 each minimum/440 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Tobyhanna, PA 18466-5059. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 180 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 180 each, 240 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights t o the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small business es, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States.
