- Contractor Logistics Support for the BQM-34A-53 CONTACT: WR-ALC/LKKA, 460 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 221, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1640. For additional information contact Janice M. Carroll/LKKA/(478) 926-5408 or FAX (478) 926-5407. SYNOPSIS: Contractor Logistics Support for the BQM 34A-53 Subscale Aerial Target. The requirement is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), basic service/supplies and repair type contract. The contractor will maintain logistics support in accordance with a Statement of Work (SOW). There will be a basic year and four (4) out-year options. The solicitation F09603-03-R-40021 will be issued approximately 8 April 2003 with the approximate response date of 9 May 2003. SOLE SOURCE TO: Northrop Grumman Corporation, Ryan Aeronautical Center, San Diego, CA. (Cage Code: 77646). Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
