- Description
- The purpose of this acquisition is to award a competitive contract to construct a functional golf course maintenance facility in accordance with industry standards. The work of this contract consists of concrete foundation and masonry walls, steel roof trusses and standing seam roof. It also includes mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, asphalt pavement, site utility services and fencing. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to accomplish work IAW drawings and specifications. Period of performance will be 180 days. A bid bond of 20% is required with bid. Payment and performance bonds in the amount of 100% are required from the successful bidder. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on 10 April 2003 @ 0900 in Bldg. 1289 NE Conference room, Hill AFB. ATTENTION: Contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity. The solicitation is scheduled to be released on 3 April, 2003.
