Description

THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. AT THIS TIME AS FUNDS HAVE NOT BEEN APPROPRIATED FOR THIS PROJECT. Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and service necessary to perform Exhaust Hood Cleaning Services as required. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Period of Performance: 1Apr03 through 31Mar04 with four (4) option periods. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the Electronic Posting System (http://www.eps.gov). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation/amendments and downloading them for their files. Registration for the solicitation is requested once it it posted since this will be the only source of information available from which to compile a source list of interested offerors. Information can be faxed to (940) 676-3784 or E-mailed to Marissa Pagoaga (marissa.pagoagam@sheppard.af.mil). The following information is requested: Company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, E-mail address, business size/type, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, DUNS number and Tax ID number. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of contract. They can be reached at (888) 227-2424 or www.ccr.gov. Proposal due date is 21Mar03.
