- 7? military emblems and 5? paper letter patterns. Request to purchase 2 paper patterns 5? high, Helvetica medium lettering ?WELCOME? with radius to match roofline. 2 paper patterns 3? high, Helvetica medium lettering ?BARKSDALE AFB?. 6 emblems, approximately 7? by 7? per examples to be provided. 2 each 8th AF, 2 each 2 BW, and 2 each 917th WG. Vinyl logos with .080 backed aluminum. The contractor will have the above requirements ready by 21 Mar 03. THE PROPOSED SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE VERY SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS 339950. If there are no offers received from a very small business concern, this acquisition is then 100% set-aside for a small business. Small business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be posted on the EPS web site (www.eps.gov). Anticipated posting date is 17 March 2003, quotes due NLT 2:30 P.M., 19 March 2003. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
