- The Department of Health and Human Services(DHHS) intends to negotiate with ISR Solutions (Virginia), Inc., 14120 Parke Long Court, Suite 206, Chantilly, VA 20152, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302.1 Installation and programming services for the Computer Controlled Access, Closed Circuit Television and related integrated security systems (programmmed in Lenel, a Windows based program. No solicitation document is available. Capability statements should be submitted within 45 days of the publication of this synopsis to the contact point and address given above. See Note 22.
